Cream of Rice Banana Bread

OG Foods Cream of Rice Banana Bread


You will need:
  • 196g Cream of Rice
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup stevia
  • ½ nutmeg
  • 3 bananas
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 whole egg
  • ¼ nut milk (we use cashew milk)
  • 19g melted coconut oil



  1. Preheat oven to 350F (177C)
  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, mashing the bananas with the wet ingredients
  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients, stirring until there are no lumps
  4. Spray a bread loaf pan with cooking spray and pour batter into pan
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, ensure middle is cooked by testing load with toothpicks (clean toothpick = cooked all the way through).
  6. Remove pan from oven and let it cool before serving.
